Vanjaram Fish kolambu

Let's start today's menu...
Ingredients 
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Garlic - 5
Pepper corn/milagu powder - 2spoon
Vadagam - 1 spoon
Oil 
Fenugreek - ¼ spoon
Dhaniya chilli powder/milagai - 6 spoon
Turmeric 
Tamarind lemon size
Salt
Water 
Preparation 

Fish kolambu 

  • Take tamarind extract and add Dhaniya chilli powder pepper powder salt turmeric and add sufficient water and keep the mix ready.. 


  • In mixi grind 1½onion, 1½tomato garlic cloves and curry leaf.

  • In pan add oil,Vadagam,Fenugreek,onion & tomato and saute well.

  • Now add the tamarind mix and leave it to boil till the raw smell goes off.. 

  • Now reduce the flame go low and add fish and wait for 15mins. 
  • Now it's ready to serve with hot rice,idly and dosa..
