Indian broad beans/Avarakkai poriyal


Hi all,
Let's start over cooking....
Ingredients
Indian broad beans/avarakkai - ½ kg
Water
Salt
Egg - 1/ coconut (optional)
Oil
Mustard
Preparation

  • Items needed....
  • In pan add oil mustard Indian broad beans/avarakkai salt add water and make it to boil... 

    

  • Wait till it is cooked well and let the water gets fully evaporated. You can add egg coconut in it and serve.. Kids love it
