Muruingaipoo soup

Hi all, Let's start today's dish... Ingredients முருங்கை பூ/drumstick flower - 2table spoon முருங்கை இலை/drumstick leaves  - கைபிடி/handfull பூண்டு/garlic - 5 cloves Tomato/தக்காளி  - 1 Onion/வெங்காயம் - 1 Corn flour - 3spoon Pepper powder/மிளகுத்தூள் - 3 spoon Butter - 1 spoon Salt Water - 3 glass Preparation Muruingaipoo soup Items needed... Grind tomato garlic and onion in mixi corsely.. In pan add water , grinded mix and all other ingredients listed... Leave it to boil for 15mins Add corn flour paste and boil for 2mins Bow add butter switch off the flame after 2mins.Quantity for 4 members. 

Veg Tomato Biriyani

Hi all, Let's start today's dish... Ingredients Tomato - 3 Small Onion - 1cup Ginger garlic paste - 1½ spoon Red chilli powder - 1 spoon Green chilli - 4 Mint(handfull) Basmati rice - 1cup Biriyani masala potato - 2 Beetroot - ½ cup Carrot - ½ cup Oil Water Preparation Veg Tomato Biriyani  Items needed..  In pan fry small onion,tomato,green chilli &  mint and grind it into paste... In cooker add oil Biriyani masala ginger garlic paste,veg's Grinded mix & saute well later add red chilli powder salt required water and keep it for 2whistle..  Now add rice and keep it for 1 more whistle..   Now it's ready to taste...  

Black chenna Masala

Hi all,  Let's start today's dish Ingredients   Onion - 1 Tomato - 3 Red chilli - 1 Red chilli powder - 1 spoon Sombu -½ spoon  Kala chenna/Black chenna - 100gm Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon Garam masala - 1½ spoon Butter  Salt Water  Mint/coriander  Preparation Kala Chenna Masala Items needed.... Soak black chenna for 8hrs(overnight) Grind 2 tomatoes, ½ onion,red chilli & sombu in mixi well..  In cooker add butter,sombu,onion,tomato, ginger garlic paste and saute well..  Add chenna red chilli powder salt required water. And keep it for 10whistle... Add Garam masala mint/coriander leaf and serve with chappati and poori... Adding mint leaves gives u nice aroma and different taste...  

Vanjaram Fish kolambu

Hi all,  Let's start today's menu... Ingredients   Onion - 2 Tomato - 2 Garlic - 5 Pepper corn/milagu powder - 2spoon Vadagam - 1 spoon Oil  Fenugreek - ¼ spoon Dhaniya chilli powder/milagai - 6 spoon Turmeric  Tamarind lemon size Salt Water  Preparation   Fish kolambu   Take tamarind extract and add Dhaniya chilli powder pepper powder salt turmeric and add sufficient water and keep the mix ready..  In mixi grind 1½onion, 1½tomato garlic cloves and curry leaf. In pan add oil,Vadagam,Fenugreek,onion & tomato and saute well. Now add the tamarind mix and leave it to boil till the raw smell goes off..  Now reduce the flame go low and add fish and wait for 15mins.  Now it's ready to serve with hot rice,idly and dosa.. 

Mutton chukka

Hi all, Let's start mouth watering mutton chukka.. Ingredients   Mutton - ¼kg Onion - 3 Tomato - 1 Milagu/pepper corns - 3spoon Red chilli/Kanja milagai - 2 Sombu Dhaniya chilli powder/Milagai - 2½spoon Turmeric Oil Pattai Ginger garlic paste Salt Water Preparation Items needed... Add Onion 1,pepper corns,Red chilli & sombu in mixi and grind it into paste. In cooker add oil,Pattai,ginger garlic paste & chopped veg(2 Onion & 1 tomato). Add Dhaniya chilli powder/milagai tholla grinded mix mutton salt and keep it in medium flame and wait till 6 whistle.  Now switch off and add this in pan and wait till it gets thicken. Garnish with coriander and serve hot...

Coconut chutney

Hi all,  Let's start tasty coconut chutney  Ingredients   Coconut - 1cup Ginger - 1inch Garlic - 4 cloves  Green chilli - 4 Pottukadalai/ Roasted gram - ½cup Oil Mustard  Curry leaves  Asafoetida  Preparation   Items required.. Grind all the above ingredients with required salt and water. Now in a pan add oil mustard curry leaves Asafoetida and pour it in mix. Now it's ready to serve with idly and dosa. . 

Indian broad beans/Avarakkai poriyal

Hi all, Let's start over cooking.... Ingredients Indian broad beans/avarakkai - ½ kg Water Salt Egg - 1/ coconut (optional) Oil Mustard Preparation Items needed.... In pan add oil mustard Indian broad beans/avarakkai salt add water and make it to boil...       Wait till it is cooked well and let the water gets fully evaporated. You can add egg coconut in it and serve.. Kids love it
