Black chenna Masala

Hi all, 
Let's start today's dish
Ingredients 
Onion - 1
Tomato - 3
Red chilli - 1
Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
Sombu -½ spoon 
Kala chenna/Black chenna - 100gm
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Garam masala - 1½ spoon
Butter 
Salt
Water 
Mint/coriander 
Preparation

Kala Chenna Masala
  • Items needed....

  • Soak black chenna for 8hrs(overnight)
  • Grind 2 tomatoes, ½ onion,red chilli & sombu in mixi well.. 

  • In cooker add butter,sombu,onion,tomato, ginger garlic paste and saute well.. 


  • Add chenna red chilli powder salt required water. And keep it for 10whistle...

  • Add Garam masala mint/coriander leaf and serve with chappati and poori... Adding mint leaves gives u nice aroma and different taste...
